ElderCARE@ Christ Church volunteers serve individuals (65+) who need just a little bit of help to continue to live independently in their own homes.

ElderCARE @ ChristChurch's primary volunteer services include:

· friendly visits

· grocery shopping

·escorted transportation to medical appointments

In addition we provide Information and Referral to a wide variety of other services including access to Lifeline, a personal ‘help is available with the press of a button’ monitoring system. We also have a Safety and Fall Prevention Project. Our range of free and low cost services helps reduce isolation, promote independence and offers encouragement and hope. We serve northern Lake County IL.
